Peter Brockway

Bio

Mr Peter C Brockway has over twenty years of experience in private equity investing. Over this time, Mr. Brockway has successfully partnered with numerous consumer product, industrial and retail businesses and their management teams to significantly expand these enterprises. He serves as Chairman of Woodstream Corporation and DayMen Group (Luxembourg) S.á.r.l and Director of MW Industries, Inc and Turning Technologies. Mr Brockway has served on many boards including Chairman of Gold's Gym International, Inc., Norwesco, Inc. and Penda Corporation, and as a Director of ElectroStar, Inc. and Sun Pharmaceuticals, Ltd. Mr Brockway earned a BBA from Stetson University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
