Peter Hedges

Bio

Over the past 15 years Peter has been a non-executive director or Chairman of a number of private and public companies, with experience across a diverse range of businesses. He has been a member of 3i's Independent Director Programme, a consultant to the Commonwealth Development Corporation and a property adviser to four closed end funds managed by Prudential Investment Company of America and its successor, Rockspring Property Managers. Principally known for his commercial property activities, he runs his own business, advising on major transactions in the UK & Western Europe. Prior to this he was the Deputy Chairman of Taylor Woodrow plc where he led major acquisitions in the UK and successfully expanded their international business. Peter has a wealth of experience in complex financing structures including joint ventures, acquisition activities and strategic planning issues.
