Phil Bronsteatter

Bio

Mr. Bronsteatter has over 3 years of private equity experience and over 6 years of transaction experience with middle market companies. Since joining Pfingsten Partners in 2008 as a member of the corporate finance team, Mr. Bronsteatter has been involved in transaction activities such as screening and processing investment opportunities, acquisitions, debt and equity financing and supporting investment management activities. Prior to joining Pfingsten Partners, Mr. Bronsteatter was an Analyst in the Investment Banking Group at Lazard Middle Market in Chicago from 2006 to 2008. From 2005 to 2006, Mr. Bronsteatter was an Analyst in the Investment Banking Group at Cleary Gull, Inc. in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Prior to Investment Banking, Mr. Bronsteatter was an Associate at American Appraisal Associates in their Financial Valuation Group in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. A Wisconsin native, Mr. Bronsteatter holds a BBA degree in Finance, Economics and Math from Marquette University. Mr. Bronsteatter is currently pursuing his MBA at University of Chicago Booth School of Business with a focus on Entrepreneurship and Operations Management.
