Philip L Fitting

Bio

Mr Fitting is a Managing Director of Brookside International and Brookside Capital. Prior to joining Brookside International in 1997, Mr Fitting was a general partner at Capital Partners in Greenwich, Connecticut. While at Capital Partners he was responsible for sourcing, negotiating, financing and closing equity investments in a broad range of industries. From 1983 to 1990 Mr Fitting was with the Fleet Financial Group. During his tenure at Fleet, he held several positions including the position of Vice President in the Special Finance Group, where he was responsible for financing acquisitions and other leveraged transactions. He was also with the US Treasury Department. Mr Fitting is a director of several private companies. Mr Fitting is a 1980 graduate of the University of Rhode Island.
