Ray AbuZayyad

Bio

Mr AbuZayyad was a General Partner of the IGNITE Group and interim CEO for AutoWeb Communications. He is also a Fellow of the McKenna Group. Mr AbuZayyad retired from IBM in 1996, after thirty-four years of service. While at IBM, he held various positions of responsibility, including President of Rolm Corporation, General Manager of ADSTAR, and General Manager Storage Products company. Mr AbuZayyad currently serves on the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee for the Tech Museum of Innovation. He is a member of the President's Cabinet at California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. Mr AbuZayyad also sits on the Advisory Board of the School of Engineering, Santa Clara University. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Hoya Photonics Inc, a California corporation. Mr AbuZayyad holds a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, a Master's degree in Applied Mechanics from San Jose State University, and a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Santa Clara University.
