Bio
Mr. Dell’Aquila has 12 years of experience in private equity, principal investing and corporate finance. His primary responsibilities at Parallel Investment Partners include sourcing, evaluating, structuring and managing private equity investments. Mr. Dell’Aquila joined Parallel in March 2010. Prior to joining Parallel, Mr. Dell’Aquila was a Principal at Southfield Capital Advisors, a $150 million lower-middle market private equity firm where he helped execute the firm’s investment strategy and was a board member of Military Financial Services and RCR International. Prior to joining Southfield Capital Advisors in 2006, Mr. Dell’Aquila was a Research Analyst and member of the investment team at Sasco Capital, a $3.5 billion special situations public equity fund. Prior to joining Sasco in 2001, Mr. Dell’Aquila was the Director of Finance & Corporate Development for Pangea, Ltd, a private equity-funded telecommunications company. Mr. Dell’Aquila started his career as a Financial Analyst in the leveraged finance group at Bear, Stearns in 1998. Mr. Dell’Aquila is a Parallel Investment Partners representative on the boards of Quartermaster and USA Discounters. Mr. Dell’Aquila graduated from Hamilton College where he received a B.A. in Economics. He also studied as an undergraduate at Oxford University.
