Bio
Richard Lawry has 30+ years of international M&A experience. In 1981 Richard moved to Atlanta to head up Glynwed Inc, a wholly owned subsidiary, of Glynwed International plc, where he was heavily involved with several Glynwed acquisitions in both the USA and Australia, as well as a joint venture in South Korea. He co-founded EGL Holdings in 1988. In 2004 Richard joined the Board of Airo Wireless, Inc., an Atlanta based company that develops proprietary software and mobile devices specifically engineered to the ruggerdized requirements of Industrial, Public Safety, Military, and Government organizations. Richard was previously on the Board of the Alliance Theater (part of the Woodruff Arts Center), is a co-founding member and past President of the British American Business Group (Atlanta) and member and past President of the Association of Corporate Growth, Atlanta Chapter. He is also a member of Rotary International.
