Bio

Responsible for financial management and control. Has extensive experience of the financial services industry, having worked in the investment banking industry for 15 years, including having served as Group Finance Director of Smith New Court plc, prior to its acquisition by Merrill Lynch in 1995. Following that acquisition, worked in a number of positions at Merrill Lynch, latterly as Controller for the Firm’s European region, until leaving in 2000 to join on-line investment bank Wit Soundview. Before joining NewSmith in 2006, was Group Finance Director of the insurance broker Heath Lambert. Qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Touche Ross in 1983. BSc Honours degree in Economics from the University of Aberystwyth.
