Bio
Mr. Brown is a member of the investment team in Los Angeles responsible for the management of assets located in the western United States. Prior to joining Concert Realty in 2006, he was an assistant vice president and asset manager for OC Real Estate Management, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Japanese construction company Obayashi Corporation. In this capacity he managed numerous development projects as well as existing, cash flowing real estate assets. Prior to his time at Obayashi Corporation, Mr. Brown was a senior financial analyst at Cushman & Wakefield where he performed financial analysis for in-house brokers and select corporate clients. He graduated in 1994 from USC with a degree in Public Administration and Planning and received a Masters in Real Estate Development from USC in 1995.
