Robert Cohen is currently the CEO of The IMA Financial Group, Inc, a diversified financial services company comprised of three primary businesses: i) IMA, Inc., the 16th largest privately held retail insurance broker in the United States; ii) ERA, Inc., a wholesale insurance broker located in Dallas, Texas; and iii) TrueNorth, Inc., a discretionary money manager as both a registered investment advisor and a limited broker dealer. His for-profit Board memberships include ccintellect; USR, Inc.; UMB Bank Colorado (past Board member); and Intertech Plastics (past Board member). He received his bachelor’s degree in Risk Management and Finance from the University of Texas at Austin
