From there, joined the Corporate Finance Department of JP Morgan Flemings, and was responsible for structuring, negotiating and executing UK and international M&A and capital raising transactions, working for clients such as Deutsche Telekom, TeleWest, Comcast, DCS Group, Kode and Pegasus. Degree in Mathematics and Law from Cambridge, is a Chartered Accountant and has an MBA from INSEAD in France.
