Robert A Fogelson

Bio

Mr Fogelson joined predecessor firm Wasserstein Perella in 1998. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Sportcraft and was formerly the Co-Chairman of the Board of Directors of MasterCraft Boat Company and a Board observer of American Seafoods Group. Previously, Mr Fogelson practiced law for five years with Cravath, Swaine & Moore, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance transactions. Mr Fogelson received his BA from the University of Pennsylvania and his JD from New York University School of Law, where he was Executive Editor of the Law Review and has served on the Dean’s Strategic Council.
