rior to joining Parmenter Realty Partners, Mr. Motes was a partner at the law firm of Holland & Knight LLP, Fort Lauderdale, Florida, where he practiced in the area of real estate, with an emphasis on commercial leasing for office, industrial and retail properties. Prior to Holland & Knight LLP, Mr. Motes was an attorney with the law firm of Sonnenschein Nath & Rosenthal, St. Louis, Missouri, where he practiced in the area of general corporate and real estate law. Mr. Motes joined Parmenter Realty Partners in June 2008 as Senior Vice President, General Counsel. Mr. Motes received a Juris Doctorate degree, cum laude, from The University of Houston Law Center, Houston, Texas, and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, cum laude, from Southern Methodist University, Dallas, Texas. Mr. Motes is licensed to practice law in the State of Florida.
