Robert Zappulla

Bio

The Controller at The Watermill Group where he oversees accounting and tax compliance. Mr. Zappulla joined HMK Enterprises, Inc., (an affiliated holding company of The Watermill Group) in 1984. From October 2002 through May of 2009, Mr. Zappulla served as a Property Accountant at Sawyer Realty Holdings, LLC, a leading privately-held, multifamily real estate investment and management firm where he was responsible for a portfolio of properties financial reporting. Mr. Zappulla’s experience prior to Watermill included tax and accounting roles in public accounting. He received a B.S. (magna cum laude) from U Mass Lowell in 1978, and a MST from Bentley College in 1990, and is also a CPA.
