Bio

Mr. Goldman joined Croft & Bender in 1997. From 1992 to 1995, Mr. Goldman was initially an Analyst and then an Associate in the Corporate Finance Department at The Robinson-Humphrey Company, Inc. Mr. Goldman has substantial experience in mergers, acquisitions, private equity transactions and public offerings, and has been involved in a wide range of industries. Mr. Goldman is also a Partner of C&B Capital, a growth equity fund affiliated with Croft & Bender. Mr. Goldman received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.S. in Management, magna cum laude, from Tulane University.
