Roy C Perry

Bio

Since joining BPG in 1984, Mr Perry has been instrumental in establishing the firms presence through a portfolio of acquisitions in Washington DC and the New England real estate markets. Mr Perry has been the lead acquisitions officer for more than $1.6 billion of properties throughout the East Coast and Midwest. He is now leading the firm's acquisition activity on the East Coast while being specifically responsible for the Washington DC and Southeast markets. Prior to joining BPG, Mr Perry was a Certified Public Accountant with Deloitte Haskins & Sells. Mr Perry holds an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh and a BS in Business Administration from the University of Delaware.
