Ryan Martin

Bio

Ryan's responsibilities include an active role in the firm's investment process, including due diligence, transaction support, and portfolio company development. Ryan's expertise makes him a valuable asset on the Post-Secondary Education, Healthcare, and Environmental Services investment teams. Prior to joining Summer Street, Ryan was a Vice President with Stifel Nicolaus' investment banking group and was employed as a consultant with Accenture. Ryan has a breadth of transaction experience including mergers and acquisitions, public equity and debt offerings, debt recapitalizations, fairness opinions, and valuation assignments across diverse industries. He currently serves on the boards of Tulsa Welding School and RSI. Ryan earned a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of Rochester's William E. Simon Graduate School of Business Administration, and a Bachelor's of Science degree in Finance from Boston College.
