Ryan Woodley

Bio

Ryan Woodley is a principal and originally joined Polaris in 2004 and focuses primarily on growth equity investments in the technology, healthcare, and business services industries. Ryan was part of the teams responsible for Polaris’ investments in Art.com, Botanical Laboratories, Focus Financial Partners, Living Proof, National Electronic Attachment, and Xpressdocs. Ryan represents Polaris as a director on the boards of National Electronic Attachment and Xpressdocs, and as an observer on the board of Focus Financial Partners. Ryan received an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Brigham Young University.
