Sanjeev Krishnan

Bio

Mr Krishnan joined GEF’s Emerging Markets team in 2006, bringing his extensive investment experience in India and China. He helps lead GEF’s sourcing, execution and portfolio efforts throughout Asia, with a focus in India. Mr Krishnan has spent the last several years working on growth equity investments in India and China. Before joining GEF, he co-founded the IFC’s life science practice, which focused on investing in life science opportunities in the emerging markets, primarily in India and China. He earlier worked with JP Morgan in London and Johannesburg. Mr Krishnan is a graduate of the London School of Economics. He has a working knowledge of three Indian languages.
