Scott A Finegan

Bio

Mr. Finegan has over 13 years of private equity investment experience and nearly 19 years of experience with middle market companies. Since joining Pfingsten Partners in 1997 as a member of the corporate finance team, Mr. Finegan has been involved in transaction activities such as acquisitions, divestitures, debt and equity financing and supporting investment management activities. Prior to joining Pfingsten Partners, Mr. Finegan was a Vice President at American National Bank and Trust Company of Chicago from 1991 to 1997. From 1990 to 1991, he was an Analyst at Horizon Partners, Ltd., a private equity investment firm in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. A Minnesota native, Mr. Finegan holds a BS degree in Business Administration from Marquette University and a MBA from the Kellogg School of Management.
