Scott A Williams

Bio

Mr Williams is responsible for debt management and project financing for BPG's entities. Matching BPG's portfolio growth over the last 10 years, Mr Williams has guided the increase in the firm's borrowing relationships from $246 million in loans outstanding with 12 lenders to $2.2 billion outstanding with more than 30 lenders. Prior to joining BPG in 1989, Mr Williams was senior vice president and manager of the Commercial Real Estate Lending Division of Meridian Bank, where he spent 11 years. He also spent six years at East Girard Savings Association in real estate finance. Mr Williams is a graduate of the Stonier Graduate School of Banking and holds a BS from Franklin and Marshall College.
