Bio

Shannon Warland is M2’s chief financial officer and has extensive experience managing fiscal affairs including complex financial structures for sophisticated investors. She has worked with André Rice continuously since 1999 as controller of Rice’s independent private equity deals. Shannon spent seven years in “Big Eight” accounting with Touche Ross and Coopers & Lybrand.Shannon Warland is M2’s chief financial officer and has extensive experience managing fiscal affairs including complex financial structures for sophisticated investors. She has worked with André Rice continuously since 1999 as controller of Rice’s independent private equity deals. CPA with a BS degree in Accounting Science from the University of Illinois, and a Masters of Taxation degree from DePaul University.
