Joined Dunedin in 1994. Joined the corporate finance department of Lazards in 1976. Moved to County Bank in 1982, becoming a Director in 1985. Between 1987 and 1991, was Chief Executive of Ferrum Holdings plc, a quoted engineering company, becoming Chairman in 1991 until 1994. Chairman of JPMorgan Elect plc, Artemis Alpha Trust plc and Noble AIM VCT plc, and a non-executive Director of Brewin Dolphin Holdings plc. Also a Director of two Dunedin companies, Practice Plan Group (Holdings) Ltd of which he is Chairman, and Capula Group Ltd of which he is a non-executive Director. Law at Cambridge.
