Bio

Snigdha is an operations professional, and has worked closely with leaders in the auto and engineering sectors towards improving operational efficiency and transforming their organizational processes. She has gained experience in management consulting, while working with Accenture Business Consulting and The Akanksha Foundation. At Akanksha, she helped the organization scale up from being a supplementary education provider to a manager of a network of model schools. As part of Ventureast’s micro-equity team, she studies Micro and Small enterprises in India to spot everyday businesses that have the potential to become regional leaders. She works with entrepreneurs to provide strategic inputs and operational support while also setting up systems and processes that they find essential as they scale up their operations. Snigdha is an advocate of yoga and attempts to be a devoted practitioner. Indian art is an area of strong interest to her, Tanjore paintings being her latest fancy. Her repeated attempts at being a painter and craftsperson often force her to shower friends with unsolicited hand-made gifts. Snigdha has completed her BTech from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras and her MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.
