Stephen Bingham

Bio

Joined FPG in 1999 and is responsible for transaction execution and support across all life science sectors. Has ten years of transaction experience involving the execution of M&A and Corporate Partnering assignments. Prior to joining Ferghana, worked in the life science industry for eight years for Unilever, ICI and European Colour, predominantly on technology transfer projects. Responsible for initiating, evaluating and managing the development, scale-up and commercial manufacture of new product opportunities. Whilst at European Colour, was also responsible for sourcing and evaluating new external technologies for in-house implementation, which culminated in the introduction of a number of key technologies to facilitate product development improvements. BSc Honours degree in Industrial Chemistry, PhD in Chemical Synthesis, an MBA from Imperial College, London, specialising in Corporate Finance.
