Stephen Burns

Bio

Since joining Quad-C in 1994, Mr Burns has led investments in the business services, chemicals, food, packaging, and light manufacturing industries. Prior to joining Quad-C, Mr Burns worked in the Risk Arbitrage Group and Leveraged Capital Group at Paribas. Mr Burns met Mr Daniels during his tenure in the corporate development group at WR Grace. Mr Burns currently sits on the Board of Directors of Cloverhill, Document Technologies, NuSil Technology, Technimark, Classic Party Rentals and Tandus Group (formerly Collins & Aikman Floorcoverings). Mr Burns holds a BS degree from Boston College and an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
