Bio
Steve O’Neil, Principal, has fifteen years of experience serving in a range of capacities with environmental-related organizations including executive management, advisor, corporate governance, and founding entrepreneur. In addition to partnering with Watershed, Steve currently owns and operates Applied Energy Conservation Systems, a commercial and industrial energy-savings consulting firm . He has served as Executive Director of the Chattanooga Nature Center, Executive Director of SouthWings and SE Regional Director of Center for the Restoration of Waters @ Ocean Arks International. Steve holds a BA from Sarah Lawrence College and a Masters in Environmental Science from University of Dublin, Trinity College, in Dublin, Ireland. Steve is an avid-outdoorsman, active musician, licensed pilot and past Board Chair of Dogwood Alliance in North Carolina.
