Steve Tye

Bio

Prior to joining Croft & Bender in 2004, Mr. Tye was Director of Operations and Corporate Development with ITC Financial Services, where he helped formulate and execute on the strategic direction of a startup prepaid financial services company. Prior to ITC, he was an Associate with Credit Suisse First Boston where he advised companies on mergers, acquisitions and all types of private and public debt and equity offerings over a wide range of industries, including technology, retail, and packaging. He has also worked as a Summer Associate in the Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette investment banking group and as a Financial Analyst at First Union Securities (formerly Wheat First Butcher Singer). Mr. Tye received an M.B.A. from the Darden Graduate School of Business Administration at the University of Virginia and a B.S. with Special Attainments in Commerce, cum laude, from Washington and Lee University.
