Mr. Mercil became affiliated with InvestAmerica in 2004 at the formation of INW. Steve will be responsible for sourcing INW investments in addition to his duties as President and CEO of RAIN Source Capital. Steve has over 20 years of small business finance experience including Fund Manager of Minnesota Technology, Inc., a small venture capital fund. Mr. Mercil received his MS in Education Statistics and Measurement and BS in Biology from the University of North Dakota.
