Mr. Jamieson is a Managing Director at Tengram Capital Partners. Mr. Jamieson has more than 20 years of private equity, operational, financial and strategic planning experience. Mr. Jamieson has completed more than 75 transactions within the consumer products, manufacturing, aerospace, high tech, distribution, financial services sectors. Prior to joining Tengram Capital, Mr. Jamieson was a Managing Director at Windsong Brands, LLC, Radius Partners, LLC and Stamford Capital Group where he specialized in acquisitions, corporate break-ups, and turnarounds of distressed companies. Prior to joining Stamford Capital, Mr. Jamieson had over 10 years of financial, operational, and special project experience, both domestic and international, with such companies as United Technologies, Litton Industries, AIG and the Singer Company. He focused primarily on corporate restructurings, M&A, re-engineering, forensic accounting, litigation support, cash management and internal and financial auditing. He began his career with the public accounting firm of Ernst & Young and is a CPA.
