Sue Hesse

Bio

As director of Foundation partnerships, Sue Hesse manages strategic relationships for Kauffman, which include collaborative opportunities with corporations, international agencies, and philanthropists. Hesse also serves on the board of Kauffman FastTrac. She has been involved with the Foundation since 1999, first as an Entrepreneur-in-Residence and later as a senior program consultant. Additionally, Hesse has represented Kauffman as a facilitator for the national judging of the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year program and as a final round judge for the Global Student Entrepreneur Awards competition. Hesse is the founder and CEO of the consulting firm, Hesse Partners, where her skills as a forum facilitator benefit groups such as YPO-WPO, and Entrepreneurs’ Organization around the world. An entrepreneur with real-world business knowledge, she previously founded, owned, and managed a full-service printing business in St. Louis, Missouri, before selling the company in 1999. She has been the recipient of numerous awards, including being a regional finalist for the E&Y Entrepreneur of the Year award.
