Terry Hillegas

Bio

Mr Hillegas is a Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Miller Global and is a Certified Public Accountant. Mr Hillegas has over 30 years of experience in real estate accounting and financial reporting. Mr Hillegas joined Miller Global in 1993. Currently, Mr Hillegas is responsible for all accounting, reporting, budgeting, tax, risk management, and employee benefits. Mr Hillegas has worked with some of the Principals of Miller Global since 1979 when he was Senior Staff Accountant for Urban Investment Co, where his responsibilities included financial reporting and budgeting for a $600 million dollar real estate joint venture. From 1985 to 1988, Mr Hillegas was Vice President and Controller of Frederick Ross Company, the largest independent brokerage firm in Denver. At Frederick Ross, Mr Hillegas was responsible for financial reporting and budgeting for property management clients. Mr Hillegas was Vice President for Michael James and Company from 1988 to 1993, with responsibility for all aspects of financial reporting and budgeting, risk management and employee benefits. Mr Hillegas graduated in 1987 with a MS in Accounting from the University of Colorado at Denver.
