Therese A Mrozek

Bio

Therese joined Weston Presidio in 2001. She is the Firm’s Chief Operating Officer responsible for managing the execution of the Firm’s strategic objectives and daily administrative functions. Therese was previously a senior partner with Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison LLP where she was a member of the firm’s seven-person executive committee and Managing Partner of the firm’s Palo Alto office. In addition to working with numerous companies throughout Silicon Valley, she acted as primary outside counsel for Cisco Systems and assisted with their merger and acquisition process. Therese previously served on the Board of Directors of Apple American Group (Applebee's) and Hanna Andersson and currently serves on the Board of Directors of Purcell Systems and SquareTrade. Therese holds a BS, Cum Laude, from University of California at Berkeley and a JD, Cum Laude, from Northwestern University.
