Bio

Tom founded BIA Financial Network in 1983 which has grown to become one of the nation's leading communications appraisal and media research companies. He co-founded BIA Capital in 1992 and serves as a Managing Director. Tom currently serves as CEO of BIA Financial Network. Tom received a BS in Applied Mathematics from Clarkson University and an MBA from Dartmouth College's Amos Tuck School of Business.
