Bio
Mr. Neale has over 25 years experience in corporate finance, commercial, and investment banking. Most recently, he was the Mid-Atlantic Commercial Banking Executive for HSBC Bank, USA, with responsibility for teams marketing the full array of HSBC's commercial banking, capital markets, and investment management services. Target companies were those with sales between $25 million and $5 billion, located from Pennsylvania to South Carolina. Previously, Mr. Neale held direct relationship and senior management positions with JPMorgan Chase, Bank of America (and its predecessor banks), and Wachovia, where he had extensive experience arranging and underwriting senior debt and junior capital for middle market companies. Mr. Neale currently services on the Board of Directors of R&H Supply, Gayesco International, and KLMK Group.Mr. Neale is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth, and the Upstate Venture Association of New York. He is also active on several not-for-profit boards in the Baltimore, Maryland region. He is a graduate of the University of Virginia (BA), and the College of William and Mary (MBA).
