Thomas Newell

Bio

Tom Newell has over 15 years of business experience in a broad range of industries, including roles as an entrepreneur, investment banker and operating executive working with and serving a number of companies in the consumer products, technology and food industries. Tom began his investment banking career with Piper Jaffray in Minneapolis. Prior to joining GH&F, he was a managing director at a middle market investment bank based in Seattle, where he focused on the consumer and food sectors. Before returning to investment banking, Tom served as Chief Executive Officer of ODS Software, a supply-chain management provider to the building materials industry and head of corporate development for Mannatech, Inc., a direct distributor of nutritional supplements. Tom was honored as one of the Puget Sound Business Journal’s “40 Under 40,” an award that recognizes the top business leaders under the age of 40 in the Pacific Northwest. Tom is a graduate of Yale University (BA) and the University of Washington (JD).
