Mr. Paisley is an Operating Principal of IOP. Mr. Paisley has over 30 years of experience in all aspects of manufacturing and management leadership at large and middle-market manufacturing companies. He currently serves as Chairman and CEO of FAS Controls Holdings Inc. and Chairman and CEO of Algoma Holding Company. Prior to joining IOP, Mr. Paisley, together with Mr. Colaianne, led the turnaround and eventual sale of Davis Industries, a $140 million in sales manufacturer of automotive stampings and assemblies. The turnaround culminated in a very successful sale of the company to Tesma International, a division of Magna International. Previously, Mr. Paisley presided over the opening of two greenfield facilities and the dramatic increase in sales and earnings at Rockwell International's plastics division. Following the sale of this business to Cambridge Industries, he continued with Cambridge as the general manager of Cambridge's North Carolina operations specializing in compression molded structural automotive components. He became chief operating officer of Cambridge's Automotive Group serving automotive and commercial vehicle customers. Mr. Paisley began his career with years of training and experience gained in a variety of manufacturing supervisor and plant manager capacities producing metal and composite automotive components at SKD Manufacturing Company, Butler Metal Products and Butler Polymet.
