Tighe Noonan

Bio

Mr Noonan is a Partner of 4D Global Energy Advisors. He has been continuously involved in energy finance since 1982. After 14 years of experience in commercial and investment banking with the Barclays Group (BZW) in New York and Paris, notably in the energy sector, he joined Société Générale in 1995 where he was Managing Director, Head of Oil and Gas Project Finance. As a Partner, he is a director of Italiana Energia e Servizi and of Finoil and certain of their subsidiaries. Following studies at Swarthmore College (US) Mr Noonan received an advanced degree in economics & finance from the Institut d'Etudes Politiques, University of Grenoble (France). He speaks fluent English and French and working Italian.
