Timothy Brillon

Bio

Mr. Brillon joined Evergreen Pacific Partners in July 2004. Prior to joining EPP, Mr. Brillon was the Director of Finance at a Seattle, Washington-based private equity firm. Previously, he was the Treasurer at InfoSpace, Inc. and the Corporate Controller at Go2Net, Inc. (merged with InfoSpace in October 2000). While at InfoSpace/Go2Net, Mr. Brillon participated in the company's growth from seventy employees to more than five hundred. He was instrumental in developing the accounting department, responsible for managing a $300M debt and private equity investment portfolio and was active in numerous merger and acquisition activities including the merger of Go2Net with InfoSpace. Prior to Go2Net, he held financial management positions in the technology and financial services sectors. Mr. Brillon was also a Senior Accountant with Grant Thornton, LLC in Seattle. Mr. Brillon holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from the University of Washington and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Seattle University. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Washington.
