Tom Kealey

Bio

Tom joined Montlake Capital in 2006 as the firm’s Idaho-based Partner and heads up the firm’s Boise office. He is President of Silver Creek Holding Co. which owns and operates an independent chain of restaurants, real estate and other business investments. Prior to forming Silver Creek Holding Co., Tom served as the Chief Financial Officer of Morrison Knudsen Corp and the President of Morrison Knudsen Capital where he led the firms’ financial and workout activities. Earlier, he was an executive at GE Capital with responsibilities for acquisitions where he completed over fifteen transactions totaling almost $2.5 billion. He was also the President of growth companies at different periods for the Pritzker and Duchossois families in Chicago. He also serves on the Board for Montlake portfolio company Fresca Mexican Foods.Tom has been active serving on state and local boards, and currently serves on the boards of Blue Cross of Idaho, Idaho Banking Co., Endowment Fund Investment Board for the State of Idaho, Boise State University Technology Advisory Board, and the University of Washington Business School Advisory Board. He has been an active volunteer for the Idaho Shakespeare Festival, St. Luke's Hospital, Boise State University and other educational institutions. Tom holds a B.A. in accounting and finance from the University of Washington and his MBA is from Harvard Business School.
