Vandana Rajadhyaksha

Bio

Vandana joined ICICI Venture in 2000. She has 12 years of experience that span the manufacturing, consulting and financial services sectors. In her current role Vandana evaluates Growth Capital proposals with a specific focus on the Capital goods, Infrastructure Services including Logistics and Energy sectors. At ICICI Venture, Vandana has appraised several projects in the e-business, retail, hospitality, financial services, energy and infrastructure domains. She has also been responsible for structuring exits of companies. Vandana was a key member of the teams that concluded the Deccan Aviation, Arch Pharmalabs, Sainik Mining, Kalpataru Power, Centurion Bank of Punjab, Karvy Stock Broking and Shriram City Union transactions and continues to manage these portfolio companies. Prior to ICICI Venture, Vandana has spent 3 years with Tata Special Steels and a year with the consulting practice of KPMG. Vandana is a Metallurgical Engineer from the Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai. Subsequently she completed her MBA from the University of Pune.
