Bio
Mr Dowden joined KLH Capital LP to focus primarily on transaction completion, due diligence, financial analysis, and portfolio management. He also serves on the Board of Directors for Qualawash Holdings LLC. Prior to joining KLH, he interned with Rothschild Inc in the Mergers and Acquisitions division. A Lexington, Kentucky native, Mr Dowden graduated with highest honors from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia with a BS in Commerce along with receiving a minor in Aerospace Engineering.
