Bio
Mr. Lump joined Prospect Partners in 2011, and is responsible for the firm's accounting, regulatory and financial reporting functions. Previously, Mr. Lump spent six years as the CFO of Prism Capital, a Chicago-based private equity and mezzanine firm with $190 million in assets under management. At Prism, Mr. Lump was responsible for all financial management and reporting as well as for overseeing office operations and deal reporting. Before that, he spent 14 years at the professional services firm Ernst & Young, where he started his career as an auditor working in Chicago and London. He subsequently held various management roles in the firm's Transaction Advisory Services practice, where he ultimately served as Assistant Director, developing the unit's global business strategy. B.S. from DePaul University and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
