William R Dozier

Bio

Mr. Dozier is the Chief Financial Officer for GESD.  Mr. Dozier, a Certified Public Accountant, is responsible for financial reporting to investors as well as being actively involved in deal assessment, due diligence, transaction support and portfolio company oversight. Prior to joining GESD in 2001, Mr. Dozier was a Senior Tax Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP in San Francisco.  Mr. Dozier specialized in the Consumer & Industrial Products Group and provided tax consultation and mergers and acquisition services. Mr. Dozier holds a BA degree and an MS degree in Accounting from Brigham Young University.
