Bio
Ms. Dharani is the Chief Financial Officer of Concert Realty and is responsible for overseeing the financial reporting, controls, and treasury functions. She has more than 20 years of experience in accounting, financial and regulatory reporting and cash management. Ms. Dharani has managed all aspects of general ledger accounting and auditing, operations, financial planning, loan servicing, reporting and compliance. Prior to joining ING Realty Partners in 1995, she was employed by Security Pacific Bank and First Nationwide Bank in the accounting and finance areas. Ms. Dharani received an MBA from UCLA in 1977 and a BA and MA from Occidental College in 1974 and 1975, respectively.
