Bio

Yujin joined SignalFire from Andreessen Horowitz, where he was the first Partner in the Market Development Group (2010–2015). He advised portfolio companies on go-to-market and business development strategy, and helped start the Executive Briefing Center (EBC), where he developed relationships with C-level executives of Fortune 500 & Global 2000. The EBC is a key differentiator, scaling several thousand meetings per year where executives shared perspectives on emerging trends and met portfolio companies for sales, partnership, and investment. Yujin also owned strategic relationships with key technology platforms including Apple, Google, Facebook, and Twitter. Prior to Andreessen Horowitz, Yujin was Associate Director of Digital Strategy and Business Development at Warner Music (2006–08), where he led a CEO-priority negotiation on a major technology platform partnership, advised on digital partnerships spanning iTunes, YouTube, and emerging streaming startups, and recommended three strategic investments for review and execution. Prior to Warner Music, Yujin was an Associate Consultant in the Private Equity Group of Bain & Co. (2004–06), where he completed due diligence on projects spanning consumer products and retail, and advised a $15B enterprise software client on growth strategy post-LBO. Yujin received an MBA from the Wharton School at The University of Pennsylvania, and graduated from Cornell University with a B.S. and a MEng in Electrical and Computer Engineering. At Cornell he was selected as one of the “Twenty-Five Most Influential Cornellians” and was President of Sphinx Head, the senior honor society.
