Yvonne Beirne

Bio

Yvonne has worked alongside Paul Whight since 2003 and has been a Director of the original Cadena Holdings company since 2005, playing a central role in the launch of its Cadena hotels management business, and the company's development and investment activities in the United Kingdom and Spain. She became COO of CGL upon its establishment, and was previously a non-executive director of Pradera AM-plc. Prior to joining Cadena, Yvonne was a Director in Mergers and Acquisitions at BDO Stoy Hayward, where she spent more than six years advising a variety of clients on corporate transactions, with her later years spent in the public company advisory team. Yvonne is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
