Zornitza Ilieva-Kalitchin

Bio

Consultant based in Bulgaria. She joined Pedersen & Partners in 2005. Prior to this, Ms Ilieva-Kalitchin was a representative of another executive search firm in Bulgaria. She has additional experience as a Sales Manager of an international firm in the plastic raw materials business and a background in management consulting in Bulgaria and Austria. Master's Degree from the Technical University and Economic University in Sofia. She also studied for two years in Austria to obtain a MBA Degree from the Danube University in Krems. In addition to her native Bulgarian, she speaks fluent German, English and Russian.
