Transparent solar modules for sustainable energy production.Overview
H.Glass has acquired a DSC licence for a new type of photovoltaic cell, based on advances made by Professor Grätzel of the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Lausanne (EPFL). H.Glass panels are coloured and work using artificial photosynthesis, which makes them efficient even indoors or under artificial light. Compared to ordinary PV panels, H.Glass panels are transparent and work bifacially.
