Revelis Capital Group is a family office-backed private investment firm with offices in Boulder and Aspen, CO, focused on providing capital solutions to privately held companies poised for out-sized growth. Our guiding investment philosophy is to identify and offer the most attractive opportunities available to investors, regardless of the underlying investment's transaction size, geographic location, or market sector. By employing a hybrid principal-brokerage investment model capable of engaging a diverse investor-base comprised of individual, family-office, and institutional investors, Revelis can target a wide range of deal profiles, from smaller venture opportunities with greater upside, to larger, less risky private equity transactions. We maintain a sector-agnostic investment strategy, but limit our investment activity to select markets where we can leverage deep industry knowledge and deal-making experience.
